Returning or exchanging your item(s) is a straight forward process. You have the possibility to return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of reception. Make sure the items you are returning are intact and in their original packaging with their labels including intact boxes as they are part of the original packaging.
Unless deemed defective, only new items that are returned unused: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, except for trying on, will be refundable.
